Step One: Cut someone's salary by thousands of dollars

Set Two: Hire back an incompetant person who proceeds to run the office and bully the other employees.

Step Three: Have frequent temper tantrums in front of your employees. Make sure you yell and swear and for an added effect, fall to the floor and kick your feet.

Step Four: Your employee quits their job to preserve their sanity. 

This is the catalyst for causing one to resign from their job.

Yes, the town comptroller, Michele Zagorski submitted her resignation which may be a result of the alleged harrassment she received from Joanne Lown and the exposure to the temper tantrums of Aileen Rohr.

So far, in the past three and one-half months, three town hall employees have resigned: The Supervisor's secretary, the Town Assessor and the Town Comptroller. 

The question is, who will the next person to gain their freedom?

Joanne Lown, the former bookkeeper who made the now notorious $750,000.00 mistake is back in town hall. Aileen Rohr, the throughlt inept supervisor brouth her back into the town's employ. Lown has allegedly turned town hall into her personal chamber of horrors. It has been alleged that at Lowns urging, Aileen Rohr, aka, Lown's sock puppet has collaberated with Lown in harrassing three employees from the town's roll of employees. The Rohr administration is one administration that many wish to forget about just after three months into their two year term.

Jean and Yancy McArthur have finally achieved their goal. They have gained control of the Hyde Park Town Board. They failed to control the previous all Republican board, but they have gained control of the ALL Democrat board. The town board meeting of April 9 clearly showed that the Rohr board is subserviant to these two political hooligans. This shall go down as a very sad day for the Hyde Park Democrats.

It is time that all the residents of Hyde Park march on Town Hall and protest against the supervisor for not doing the job she was elected to do and for allowing Joanne Lown to take over and run the place. If those who resigned because of the harrassment they got from Joanne Lown and wasn't reprimanded by the Supervisor and town board members is unacceptable.
For those staff members that are members of the union, don't let this cause you to leave. Pressure the union to back you and go after Joanne Lown and the supervisor. Let's see what they will do. It may be nothing but then you will learn how they look at the situation.
