Little Jimmy Langan has been upset ever since he was rejected by this town board to be on the now defunct police advisory committee. Jimmy boy had found his ultimate sock puppet in the then acting police chief. It was quite obvious to this board that Jimmy boy was controlling that miserable excuse for a cop. One should shudder at the thought of this vile individal (Langan) being in control of the HP Police Dept. by being in control of the weakling who dared to portray himself as a cop.

Jim Langan is a nasty drunk...so rumor has it. His associate political associate is also a nasty drunk...so rumor has it. They are both upset because Langan was voted down by this town board for a position on the police advisory committee. Langan wanted to throw his weight around town with the help of a police commissioner badge. God help us! The present town board saw through that. The judgemental skills of the then acting chief of police were highly suspect when Langan was his constant companion during working hours and at the local watering hole after business hours.
