The Republican grapevine is abuzz with speculation of what lies in wait for the Republican committee in the very near future. A number of Hyde Park Republican committee members are privately hoping that Jean McArthur will step down along with Anne Boehm from the leadership of the committee after the  recent  embarrassment of the November 8th bloodbath. The Republican will be holding  their annual reorganization meeting in December. Let's keep our fingers crossed that Jean and Anne will leave. A number of Republicans and Democrats alike have stated that Joe Kakish, Jean McArthur's hand picked supervisor candidate proved to be a monumental liability to the Republican cause. It has also been stated that the Republican County committee is grievously disappointed  in the Hyde Park situation. Republican have quietly said that never have the  Republican put up such a shallow candidate for supervisor in  recent memory.

The HP Republican will continue to be humiliated at the polls as long as the Three Stooges: Jean & Nancy McArthur and Anne Boehm are at the helm of the committee. The buzz about Hyde Park is that people are tired of these three fools. The Republican Committee should do the right thing and vote them out. However, if one knew who was on the committee, it is understandable as to why they allow the McArthurs and Boehm to do as they please. How pathetic.

It was very obvious that Kakish was just a puppet and a cheap immatation of the inept Yancy. Kakish was not elected and will not be elected in the future. He does not have "the right stuff".
