The following opening statement delivered by Mr. Martino was most powerful and provided insight to the problems this town is facing. One resident in the town, Mr. Dawson, who spoke in the public comment took the time to meet and review the budget with Mr. Martino and Ms. Zagorski earlier in the week. He explained the to attendees that the budget was easliy explainable and justified.
